Abstract
|
|
|
Near reflex means that convergence, accommodation and miosis induced by the stimulus of Edinger-Westphal (E-W) nucleus.
For the combined movements of intraocular muscles and medial recuts muscle, nerve stimuli should be activated at parasympatheitc never and medialrecuts branch of oculomotorl nerve.
With double labelling method using with the other kinds of retrograde tracer substances, Diamino Yellow Dihydrochloride (DY) and Fast Blue (FB), we could find Antero-median (A-M) nucleus, Edigner-Westphal (E-W) nucleus, Nucleus of Perlia and
medialrectus potion of oculomotor nucleus.
And some motor neurons at medial rectus portion of oculomotor nucleus appeared with 2 kinds of tracer substances in nucleus and cytoplasm, which meant some motor neurons could do the function through parasympathetic pathway for accommodation and
miosis
and convegence with the stimulation to medial recuts muscles.
